I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO #14542). I completed my training at Yorkville University and am currently training to become a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and a Certified Yoga Therapist. I have additional training in EMDR and CPT for PTSD. I also draw from Polyvagal Theory, trauma-informed care, Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.
Beginning therapy is a courageous step toward caring for your mental and emotional well-being. Trauma-informed work recognizes the wisdom of the body and the importance of safety, pacing, and choice. Therapy can offer space to gently explore experiences, emotions, and physical responses, supporting deeper awareness and healing over time.
Researching clinicians and considering therapy is a meaningful sign of strength and self-awareness. It reflects a willingness to grow and care for yourself deeply. Beginning this process can feel vulnerable, and the first step is often hardest. If you’re feeling ready—or simply curious—I invite you to reach out.
As a body-oriented psychotherapist, I help clients build a grounded, secure, and resilient sense of self by working with the body and nervous system. Using body-based awareness, breathwork, interoception, and mindfulness, I support you in reconnecting with your body, regulating emotions, and responding to life’s challenges with greater ease. Together, we focus on reducing overwhelm, strengthening relationships, and cultivating emotional balance, growth, and overall well-being.
